Purchase of Sergetti personalized tensions

Once the purchase is done, you will receive an Email with your Sergetti® Personalized Tension sheet attached in pdf format. All you have to do is to print it out and bring it to your stringer with your racquet to get it strung to its full potential and improve your level of play. We hope you will enjoy all the benefits of our technology.

In addition, a .ser file is attached. This is a data file containing your Personalized Tensions Sheet that is compatible with the Pro Stringer CybeX Portable Stringing machine that can automate the Personalized Tension stringing process. With the Pro Stringer CybeX you will no longer need to adjust pull tensions after each pull, the CybeX will do this for you automatically. It makes the stringing process a regular stringing without extra time by eliminating tension adjustments. This is done by the machine by reading the provided file that is uploaded to the Pro Stringer CybeX Portable stringing machine which is the Next Generation of the Pro Stringer stringing machines, the world’s best portable electronic stringing machines: https://pro-stringer.com/

In coordination with the Pro Stringer team, we have optimized the .ser file to allow you to upload it directly to the Pro Stringer CybeX machine via a phone, tablet or any desktop computer with Wi-Fi capability, using a regular web browser, no extra app installation required.

From there on, your personalized stringing tension adjustment sequence will automatically appear for each tension to be applied. It will feel like a regular stringing with literally no need to spend extra time adjusting the tension for each pull – nothing could be simpler and more efficient!

The Pro Stringer CybeX allows to store dozens of Personalized Tension Sheets that can be easily selected via the Pro Stringer CybeX 3.5” touch screen.

Current Sergetti Personalized Tension Sheet owners can create their .ser data file for the Pro Stringer CybeX machine with the CybeX Custom Stringing File Generator webpage, by copying in the information from their current PDF Sergetti custom sheets and pressing the button to generate the .ser file.
